Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SahelX website, mobile application, and logistics services operated by SahelX ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

SahelX provides logistics, courier, and freight forwarding services across the Sahel region. We act as an intermediary connecting customers with dispatch riders and transport vehicles.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
• You must ensure that the items being transported comply with local laws and regulations.
• You must ensure items are securely and appropriately packaged.

4. Prohibited Items

Users are strictly prohibited from using SahelX to transport:

• Illegal drugs or narcotics.
• Firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• Live animals without prior explicit written consent.
• Stolen goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the item, up to a maximum of ₦500,000, provided that the item was properly packaged and the loss/damage occurred while in our direct custody.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
