• Device & Biometric Data: We support biometric login (FaceID/TouchID) for your convenience. We do not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data. All biometric verification is handled securely and locally on your device by your operating system.
• Contacts Data: If you grant permission, our App may access your local phone contacts strictly for the purpose of auto-filling recipient details during delivery requests. We do not upload or store your entire address book on our servers.
• Location Data: We request access to track location-based information from your mobile device to calculate distances and provide accurate live tracking for deliveries.

2. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:

• Create, manage, and secure your account and digital wallet.
• Fulfill and manage delivery orders, bulk dispatches, and payments.
• Send you email, push, and SMS notifications regarding your shipments.
• Improve our services and application features.
